Knobesity’s biggest purpose is to conduct outreach – both public and corporate – to raise awareness about obesity and its health risks in public spaces like gyms, libraries, and stores.
Games
Knobesity has a variety of educational online games that show the importance of eating healthy and the consequences of unhealthy food choices.
Books
Knobesity has a children’s book series, Now Tommy Knows. This series follows the main character, Tommy, through different adventures where he discovers different healthy habits and their importance.
